While in the company of hairdressers I can see how stressed most of them are. I recommend that they take up a hobby rather than stay in front of the t.v. with a beer (if you're male) or go shopping (if you're female). My hobby of choice is bird-keeping. This gallery features small groups of peachfaced lovebirds of mixed colors and mutations, pieds and solid colors in the green and blue series. Have a close look at the centre frame. One bird is green/white and the other is blue/white. I have heard that peachfaced lovebirds cannot be kept and bred in a colony system, but I've had very few problems with very young birds being attacked. It is a good idea to remove the young birds and its parents to another accommodation until the young are more mature. Then they can be put in with the colony. When removing these birds take the nestboxes. Return them with their nestboxes or else there will be a lot of fighting when these birds are returned. Please use the e-mail link at the bottom of this page to send your comments etc. I would like to hear from you. |
